this gorgeous girl has been photographed by me countless times. one of my oldest and most loyal clients. i adore her. and her parents. she is growing up way too fast. has opinions about clothes and hair. is becoming quite the young lady. makes me tear up a bit. here are her latest shots. stay sweet, ms. sophia. xo

my babies: life, captured.

there is something to be said for capturing moments. like having braided pigtails and thinking everything is funny. funny enough to squinch your nose. or holding your brother's hand and laughing your fool head off, so much so that it rolls backward. will these shots go on the mantle? probably not. but i will cherish them forever.

crazy cousins: life, captured.

how do you get five kids under 10 to pose? tell them to jump. and so they jumped their sillys out so we could snap a few beautiful shots of them calm. or at least, half-way calm. crazy cousin time.

brady + taya: life, captured.

these sweet faces belong to my cousin drew and his wife, nicole. they were in town a few weeks ago to check out the aquarium. after they saw the fish, they headed to our place for a quick visit and then to check out the studio. i was able to capture these smiles from these very special kids. xo

kelsey + luke: life, captured.

these two cute kids are my neice and nephew, kelsey and luke. they were in town visiting us and wanted to see my new studio. i snapped a few shots in the beautifully lighted studio and voila, magic. incredible images that are fresh, modern and timeless. xo

i have had the honor of photographing these adorable children at least half-a-dozen times and they have literally grown before my very eyes. they are sweet and funny and smart. i may be a tad partial though... these two have a new sister on the way, which means more photographing this special family is in my very near future. stay tuned...
